Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Each Snack Creature item is made and packaged with care, and due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Solcreaturess@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
